European, no. It's pretty much unheard of, in this part of the world. I only dated one guy who was circumcised and he got circumcised later in life, due to health reasons.

TES and Slargos already know this. I had phimosis (constricted foreskin) so I had surgery.. then then female surgeon suggested that she clean it up a bit to make it look good. So I consider myself about 2/3 circumcised.
