I think I fucked my shoulder up.

Just got the word. Rotator cuff. Rehab, and if that doesn't work, under the knife.

Well, I'm thinking about registering for one of these two triathlons.  That should keep me focused on working out constantly:

Scary!  But also really exciting.

I bought a new bike! :)

SFG and I went on a short (3.5 mile) ride yesterday in the beautiful 65 degree weather.  I can't wait to get back on the thing.  I wish I didn't have to work today so I could cruise around a bit more.

I'm starting the 8-week running program on Wednesday.

Hey, Fahdiz, nice looking practical bike; certainly better than one or two I've bought over the years.

Good to see it comes with mud flaps, very sensible, much better than drowning because those ruin ones 'urban styling'.  Have you got lights for it yet ?

Good to see no 'suspension', what is it aluminium or steel ? I recently got an aluminium urban type set up and despite it be slightly lighter, I think steel might have been better if frame repairs are ever needed.

I'd guess you'll find yourself positively enjoying clocking up the miles on it.

It's this bike:

The frame's aluminum.  It's pretty light!  I had them put the fenders on because I'm thinking of riding it to work occasionally and don't want to show up at work with a giant stream of mud up my back. :D  I am in Portland, after all, which has very English-style weather.

I don't have lights yet but will within the next couple of months.

Good choices all round, enjoy it.

The best thing I did with mine is put some flat pedals like these, made it more enjoyable.
