Fair.

I'm still quite enjoying Bad Batch though.  The espisode that dropped yesterday, Ep 8 Bad Territory seemed like a bit of a filler, but the scene of Omega trying to teach Crosshair Wookie meditation was pretty amusing (while probably forming part of Crosshair's character arc).

Well, I'm glad these two episodes of Bad Batch were so light and cheerful.

Ok, now I have to hurry and watch?
No spoilers please.  I have to wait until Saturday.

So a Morgan Elsbeth backstory and Barris post-story? I'll watch that.

Yes, it seems like it's pretty good.  Didn't really follow anything about it before this trailer.  Comes about as a nice surprise. :)

Nice they bring back Jason Isaacs as grand inquisitor. :) Wish they had brought him in for Kenobi. <_<

Just watched these two episodes of The Bad Batch.  Woah.  I'm impressed.

Will wait for spoilers.

SPOILERS

I think we know where this is going.   A certain character will have a serious crisis of identity now, and our hero will escape, likely will the remaining clones.  The next episodes will be the buildup to that.

Good episodes so far.

I'm excited for the series finale.

Oldest and I just started the 3rd season. Pretty okay so far. The daily routine tune was perfect for what was being shown.

Shame it's the last season

Getting up to date with Bad Batch.

For some reason this show has never grabbed me. I don't think it's a bad show, but I think, in the end, I just haven't been able to get emotionally attached to the protagonists.

Anyway, I like Assaj a lot but I wish that fan-favorite dead Star Wars characters would just stay dead for once.

I dunno - it grabbed me.  Perhaps because I always liked troopers / stormtroopers, and it's been fun to get some personalities that are much more flushed out.  There are some good emotional moments - you see Order 66 from the troopers perspective right off the bat, one of the Bad Batch dies in a heroic moment (I won't spoil which one).  Omega, who is kind of an annoying mary-sue at times, does have a part in a bigger plot point to the larger star wars universe outside of just this show.

And on another note: Been watching Tales of the Empire with the boys - it's fun. :)

I liked the series, but I preferred Rebels, especially the lead up to, and the finale compared to the Bad Batch.  The Bad Batch felt less mature at times.

Given all the importance given to Asajj Ventress, she might have well stayed dead.  Tweaked the story a little and bring in someone else for the plot of this episode.  What was the point of all the hype about her being back from the dead, the story being consistent with the novel, no mention of anything, she appears in one ep, disappears right after?

Also, spoiler:

Since their refuge planet was already raided once by the Empire, why risk going back there after they raided the lab?  Won't Tarkin have backup of Hemlock's reports?  I can understand they don't keep backup of the top secret and sensitive data outside of the lab, they can't predict that they would lose the lab + all the live subjects at once.  But reports about an operation to deal with insurgents, especially Clone Force 99?  Won't that get to Tarkin somehow?

Anyone else excited for The Acolyte? The first episodes drop tonight. As a huge High Republic fan, I am really looking forward to watching it and keeping an eye out for any easter eggs. Alas, I am currently sick so I'm going to wait till I feel better to watch it.  :(
