I foreseen one really big problem with that.  Trump is insanely jealous.  He got really, really angry at Fox for simply covering the Democratic primary.  I'm not sure he will be able to tolerate a TV channel that isn't primarily about him.

Well, OANN will need to boost new politicians to keep the movement and I don't think Trump can stand that.  It must be ALL about him.

Oh I think he'll be fine moaning about the election that was stolen from him, how awful Biden is and how much better he'd be doing. And I think plenty of GOP politicians will come and be obsequious to try and get the Trump endorsement of whatever they're doing. I think this is what he's always wanted, even in 2016: power and attention but no responsibility.

So long as Trump is alive and has a twitter account he will dominate the Republican Party. I have no doubt he will be all over conservative media as its biggest celebrity politician for as long as he draws breath.

I agree. Any Republican who wants to lead the party had better hope that Trump is either dead or behind bars shortly after leaving office.  If he wins again he'll demand a change in the US Constitution so that he can run for a third term.

I know I said this before, but I still think that once Trump is out of office, he's a nobody, and in fact is most useful as a wipe for the spineless Republicans with blood on their hands.
