I am not working. This is unusual for me. I work in a very nice, brand new restaurant which I helped open. The chef owner is immensely talented, fastidious and thoughtful. We are closed for a friends and family 4th of July celebration and there is a whole roast pig. Chef is so good at cooking it's retarded, so I'm excited to eat the pig.

I shall be taking my lovely girlfriend, who is lovely and my son. I shall rescue my son from the clutches of his mother shortly. After the meal at the restaurant we are all going to walk downtown to watch the fireworks.

I'm really thrilled about all of this.

Happy 240th Birthday America!

Just another great 4th with the family though my youngest son is still terrified of fireworks so this is the worst day of the year for him. I went to the community party last night and it was nice to see all the Indian immigrants there. I guess celebrating independence from the UK is something they can get behind.
