I've visited a lot of churches as I'm into history and architecture.
Going to actual services?....most of it was when  I was a kid so off the top of my head:
1x with the cub scouts.
2-3 (?) times with school.
1-2 weddings.
1-2 christenings.
1-2 random occasions where I did for some reason.

It helps that pretty much nobody gets married in churches anymore and I don't go to funerals.
