We saw the beginning of the Big Gay Party(R) this evening in Vienna. You could see the jumbotron from the Rathaus park without going in, so we stood out there and watched for a bit. Eventually, one of the panels in the center of the screen blew out and it wasn't as cool. No Martinus sightings. We didn't see Bill Clinton, but we're pretty sure we found where he's staying, due to the fact that the hotel was cordoned off by security earlier in the week. If I say which one, will the Secret Service find me?

It was lots of classical dress, classical music. Models in dresses with tight bodices and huge hoops. Hapsburgy-theme I suppose. Wouldn't the Emperor just love that...

A number of roundabouts seem to be getting built in Atlanta. A common feature seems to be stop signs when entering the roundabout.

Some people have to work on Sundays, either regularly or exceptionally. For example during commissioning it's not uncommon (Volkswagen won't let us work Sundays this summer though, which is a relief).

When should they send them? Either they don't need a response today or they do. Either way it makes sense to send them as soon as they're written.

My senior manager got an e-mail from someone else in the hierarchy like an hour ago. As he didn't answer on a Sunday night, that person wrote me an e-mail to me "I don't know if your boss is on vacation, but I didn't get an answer". Yeah, maybe that's because it's Sunday night? What am I expected to do here? Call my boss or what? This is about something that is meant to happen in July...
