If I don't use an exercise pad, they're usually a pain on the tailbone...but besides that, I usually find it strains my quadricep muscles more than my abs.

hmm, yeah, that sounds like the right area where its hurting.
I thought doing it on the carpet would be fine but...no.
Is it OK to do such exercises on the bed/sofa? My mam always told me that was useless but she's a idiot exercise wise- she convinced me sucking in your gut had no effect whatsoever leaving me to only discover earlier this year that this IS how you flatten it.

money be liquidated because of an urgent investment requiring cash payments
here in United Kingdom, and that the liquidated fund be deposited in
CORPORATE SECURITIES CO, a security consulting firm based in London who are
specialist private firm that accepts deposits from high net worth individuals
and blue chip corporations that handle valuable products and undertake
transactions that need immediate access to cash. This order was given to me
in anticipation of his arrival from Norway later that week, this was the last
communication we had.


Sometimes this year I got a call from CORPORATE SECURITIES CO. informing me
of the inactivity of the portfolio, since I was the only one who knew about
the deposit, I immediatly passed the task of locating my client to the
Internal Investigation Department of HSBC, which now revealed that the person
who suited his description was decleared dead of a Heart attack in Canne,
South of France. And in line with banking internal processes for account
holders who have passed away, an investigation was meant to be launched to
contact a possible surviving NEXT OF KIN to come forward as beneficiary of
the fund but unfortunatly when my client came petronizing our services, in
his bio-data form, no next of kin was listed neither was there a TESTATE. My
client only used numbers and codes to make the account he opened with us
anonymous.


At this juncture, i'll like to unravel the true position of this transaction,
CORPORATE SECURITIES CO,has request for statements of claim from me, and I
alone knows of the existence of the deposit, for as far as HSBC Bank is
concerned the transaction with our late client concluded when I sent the fund
to the security firm, all outstanding interactions in relation to the file
are just customer service and due process. The security firm has no single
idea of what the history or nature of the deposit is, they await instructions
to release the deposit to any party that I nominate as the beneficiary of the
fund. You share similar details to the late fellow, I am prepared to place
you in a position to instruct Corporate Securities Co. to release the deposit
to you as the NEXT OF KIN.


Let me know your true interest in this pending transaction so as to ascertain
the proceeds, and I assure you that I could have the deposit released to you
within few days. I implore you discard this mail if you find no interest in

WASHINGTON (AP) - The National Archives lost a computer hard drive containing massive amounts of sensitive data from the Clinton administration, including Social Security numbers, addresses, and Secret Service and White House operating procedures, congressional officials said Tuesday.

One of former Vice President Al Gore's three daughters is among those whose Social Security numbers were on the drive. Other information includes logs of events, social gatherings and political records.

The FBI is conducting a criminal investigation of the matter, according to Rep. Edolphus Towns, D-N.Y., chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, and senior committee Republican Darrell Issa of California.

The lawmakers said they learned of the loss from the inspector general of the National Archives and Records Administration. The drive is missing from the Archives facility in College Park, Md., a Washington suburb. The drive was lost between October 2008 and March 2009 and contained 1 terabyte of data - enough material to fill millions of books.

Towns said he would have the FBI and inspector general brief committee members so they can "begin to understand the magnitude of the security breach and all of the steps being taken to recover the lost information.

"The committee will do everything possible to prevent compromising the integrity of the FBI's criminal investigation while we fulfill our constitutional duty to investigate the compromised security protocols," he said.

Issa called for the Archives acting director, Adrienne Thomas, to appear before a committee panel Thursday to "explain how such an outrageous breach of security happened."

"This egregious breach raises significant questions regarding the effectiveness of the security protocols that are in place at the National Archives and Records Administration," he said.

Issa said the hard drive was moved from a "secure" storage area to a workspace while it was in use. The inspector general explained that at least 100 badge-holders had access to the area where the hard drive was left unsecured.

Besides those with official access to sensitive material, the inspector general said janitors, visitors, interns and others passed through the area, according to Issa. Further, the workspace is in an area that Archives workers pass through on their way to the bathroom and the door often is left open for ventilation.

"The IG is investigating the situation as a crime with the assistance of the Department of Justice and the Secret Service but they have not yet determined if the loss was the result of theft or accidental loss," Issa said.

Time was, Earth Day was just for dirty crazy hippies. You could stay away from it if you just figured out where the bad smell was coming from, then went the other way.

But now Earth Day is run by big corporations and politicians and millionaires, who want you to buy their soap that doesn't clean stuff at twice the price, and those curly light bulbs with the poison inside them.

If I want a toilet that doesn't flush, I'll go back to using an outhouse – and that's not gonna happen!

Why do the same people who want to fix the environment want to hand out free condoms at the same time – isn't rubber bad for Planet Earth? I guess it's ok because rubber comes from trees. They like everything "natural" – unless it's tobacco!

I can't keep track of all this crap. Especially the thing about passing laws against cow farts. You know what's coming? A law against breathing! These jerks love the Earth – it's people they hate. They say we're overpopulated, so why don't they kill themselves. Then we'd all be happy!

I don't see the point of saving the polar bears anyhow. They don't do cute tricks like seals do. If we could train them to kill terrorists or patrol the border, that would be something useful, but otherwise they just lay around getting their pictures taken.

This Earth Day, the closest I want to get to nature is the pine tree air freshener hanging from the rearview mirror of my big old truck!
