I just learned from NPR that Oklahoma has an NBA franchise called The Thunder, they are formally the Seattle Supersonics, and they are in the playoffs.  None of which I knew before.

I don't think I've watched more than 5 minutes of NBA basketball in the last decade, and even I knew that Seattle Supersonics had moved to Oklahoma and become the Thunder.

They should have called them the Oklahoma Supersonics, just to annoy the CDMs of Seattle.

Why did Marty think you cheat?

That's a really old picture--he posted it on the old Languish.  I believe that Martinus didn't enjoy Jaron's use of archers and pikes to kick the crap out of him.
The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Give me a king whose chief interest in life is stamps, railways, or race-horses; and who has the power to sack his Vizier (or whatever you care to call him) if he does not like the cut of his trousers.

Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so as to refer to people.

Why do you continue to out the fact that you've just woken up Rip Van Winkle like confused that it's not 1995? :(

Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.

The hedgehog formation is pretty common and not at all undefeatable, nevermind 'cheating'.  Martinus just sucks.

The sauce or the city?  The city is kinda boring but I guess it's ok.

The sauce depends on where I get it.  From 7-11 it tastes like slightly spicy ketchup, other places it can be pretty good.  Usually only served with egg dishes.  Never had it in America and I think it's made by Vietnamese immigrants there so I can't compare

Notice there is no Thai on the bottle.  English, Chinese, and Vietnamese. I haven't tried this and am not sure if it tastes at all like what there is here

I've had that at a Vietnamese restaurant in the States. It wasn't bad, as far as I can remember.
