I had fondue for the first time in South Bend. It was lovely.

I drank because I wanted to drown my sorrows, but now the damned things have learned to swim.

Feather South Bend or Dot South Bend?
I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

I think doing a google image search of anything with "rape" as one of the terms would be a bad idea.

You're crazy.

Also, I'm not crazy!

Maybe it was not a good restaurant but all the food was yucky. It had a weird spicey taste (curry maybe? I dunno I've never had it before) and all the vegetables were bland.

I needed some pics of the fall of Nanjing for a Pdox AAR. The Japs let a surprising amount of photos of atrocities in action or just committed be taken.

I know - someone did a photo display of this here in Toronto last year. Gastly stuff.

Seems that the pre-WW2 Japanese were just as addicted to taking touristy photos as their decendants.
