Insurance Company: "Well there might be a problem, we need to review some things."
Me: "Er...it's already at the paint and body place, and I'm already driving around in the rental car you're paying for?"
I.C.: "Oh!  We didn't know you had the rental already!"
Me: "Errr....I got it...yesterday afternoon...  You called them for me...."
I.C.: "Well, that person shouldn't have done that."
Me: "Uh...you did it.  You're the only person I've talked to..."
I.C.: "Well, we're going to stop paying for that for now.  You can return it and go get your car while we look into this."
Body Shop: "We've kind of already started, but....yeah....uh...I guess you can pick it up after we put it back together."
Me: :bleeding:

But hey...my car is way better than that piece of shit Altima they had given me, so there's that.

I had one insurance incident with them.

Needless to say, their banking is awesome; their auto insurance handling leaves much to be desired.

Yeah it's USAA.  This is my first experience with their auto insurance department, and....yeah...I've already figured out that I'm probably going to be paying for this whole thing myself.  Estimate: a lot.  GOOD THING I HAVE A $50 DEDUCTIBLE, RIGHT?!  <_<

Yeah.  They do good banking.  Auto insurance sucks.

If it weren't the cheapest I can get, I'd probably go Progressive or back to Geico.
