i do like anchovies, but to my families ever lasting shame i can't stand sardines. if i'm going oily fish i go mackerel (think its horse mackerel in english, because fish have multiple conflicting names)
There is no oily fish I don't like

Also pickled, smoked or tinned fish :mmm:

All joking aside a good chippy - at the seaside where the fish is fresh - is a delight (the fish isn't fried - it's steamed, that's what the batter's for). But generally anyone buying fish and chips somewhwere you can't actually see the sea is getting conned

If you're rich enough for a house like this, you shouldn't have wallpaper that looks like a bunch of books - you should have actual books.

One of the things I've learnt throughout my career is that TV producers don't watch TV, I wonder if the same happens with publishers?

Only 4 millions?!

That's almost 7 million Canadian.  :P

Nearly enough to buy a three bedroom bungalow in Toronto or Vancouver.  ;)

Yeah, so that is a lot of house for not a lot of money - by Canadian standards  :P

But it has an indoor pool, so I am out.  I don't know why people want the smell of chlorine permeating their houses.

Norway and Germany link up their power grids to be able to exchange wind and hydro power in either direction.

It mostly caught my eye, because seeing Wilster (small town near where I used to live) on a map is a rare novelty. :D

Although that house is in a village of under 150 people in rural Warsickshire, which I'm not sure is directly comparable :P

Edit: Also - possibly my favourite thing about the house is it's only got two bedrooms. They clearly went in very heavily on the pool

It says six bedrooms in the description.  It looks like it's a couple detached buildings that come in a package.
