I mean...its not completely full time but...I'd be reluctant to call that part time....

IIRC correctly, years and years ago when each Job Centre had its own Vacancies department, 30 hours a week was the cut-off between calling a job full and part time.

This is a prime example though of why I normally write out IIRC in full. My mind has a blindspot and remembers this acronym as If I ReCall and then the word correctly.

Is it ok to write "from week commencing [insert midweek date]" when you want to say it'll happen on that week from that date?

That's pretty clunky and confusing.

Why not just write "between date x and date y?

Yeah - I think it'd confuse me. Week commencing to me needs to start on the Monday/first day of the week not mid-way through.
