Googling my name comes up with the archbishop of Haiti, who died in the earthquake.

Anyways, how does one get off a caffeine high? I had five coffees at Starubcks today (had a meeting there) and I am literaly twitching in every part of my body. Need to come down fast.

That's why I generally avoid caffeine.  I hate caffeine withdrawal
