If the child was from a poor background or a different ethnic origin, I might be less of a story ?

I think in part the reason it continues to make headlines, is well, papers make headlines with it to sell more newsprint.
Not too disimilar to the Daily Express' obsession with the death of 'Lady Di', they know what their readers want, so print a story about it every other day.  :hmm:

Didn't know enough Korean to call the cops. Told my co-teacher this morning and she just brushed it off with a "that's terrible". <_<

I know basic phrases for everyday life. I can't hold a conversation though. There are still vowels I have an extreme difficulty pronouncing.

When I left for work this morning I saw a woman stagger into the local convenience store under the helping arm of the woman who runs it. Pretty sure it was the woman in question, so I'm hoping she got some help.

Can't really do anything, by feel guilty about it anyways.
