We got a Missing Person alert around 20 this evening for a 50-something woman, mentally handicapped (couldn't speak), red coat, blue jeans, dark hair. So when I saw someone who looked like that I called it in.

Turned out that the woman I found was just so drunk she couldn't speak. This really is the last time I'll bother not presuming that all Greenlanders are drunk. It's wrong to generalise and such, but goddamn.

They don't do AC here.  It rarely gets above 90, the humidity is low, and every night it gets down into the 50s.

God, I love summer in Laramie...of course it is in the 20s now, though it was in the 60s earlier this week.
