Did Churchill shut down some coal mines or something?
I do not hate you, nor do I love you, but you are made out of atoms which I can use for something else.

WTH is this? Navy, Army & Air Force having the same Multicam uniform?
Colonel Caliga is Awesome.

At least it complements his hair.  Not a whole lot of servicemen can say that.

QuoteNavy 'running out of sailors to man submarines'
Britain's nuclear deterrent is at risk because the Navy does not have enough sailors to man its submarines, Ministry of Defence officials admit.

When the Army does not have the personnel or skills to do a job a sailor can deploy with that Army unit as an Individual Augmentee, in that case they wear the Army uniform during that deployment/mission.

So what tasks would require Navy personnel in landlocked Afghanistan? Serious question.

That makes too much sense.

Electronic warfare types. When I was deployed we had a navy augmentee who was our ECM SME. He taught a few of us (including me) how to load and test the software for our IED jamming devices. Very cool.

Anything and everything a soldier can and sometimes cannot do. It truly is a one war one team deal, personnel of all branches working together as a unit. From training the afghans, to building schools, to getting blown up by thos same afghans.

Example, we have a small supply team getting the repair parts for the MRAPS because the Navy has a better supply system. Now thats scary, I don't want to imagine how the Army supply system works.
