Oh and you're even more damaging to the gay cause than Marti.

I use to think that was impossible, but now....

Well at least Marti has money that he donates to the cause.

Yeah, that "donations" trick doesn't make it legal.

I found a dead cat about an hour ago in the parking garage.  A kitten, really, I don't think more than about three months old.  I tried to wake him up, because I thought maybe he was sick or knocked unconscious, but he just moved in one piece like he was made of plastic, because rigor had already set in.

So, I think I'm gonna go ahead and not find this very amusing. :(

Dead kittens are an unfortunate part of life, my friend.  You can't save them all.  Believe me, I've tried.  :console:

I don't even believe you. Boys don't tell each other they aren't mad anymore- that sort of thing is best expressed indirectly.

The american male is not typically at liberty to say how he feels to his friends.

Maybe in your effeminate metrosexual world.

My roommate sent me a youtube video! This is the unspoken way of communicating that things are fine, he isn't furious, and he accepts the trouble I bring to his door as part of the framework of an amae relationship. His clemency is a rejuvenating thing, and I can be happy again. :)

aaah kids today. In my day we only dreamed of sending roommates youtube videos to communicate our thoughts. :hmm:

No wait...we spoke to each other. Verbally.

It's the decline of interpersonal skills.

and what the fuck is a "amae relationship"?

QuoteIt took about 24 hours but eventually details about the (almost) close encounter close to the border between North and South Korea emerged.

The news that some North Korean fighters had violated the DMZ spread on Jun. 5 but it wasn't until the following day that a more detailed account of what had actually happened appeared on The Korea Times.

According to the article by Kim Young-jin, one North Korean jet approached the Tactical Action Line, a conceptual line designed at 20 to 50 km north of the border, used by South Korea as a "danger zone" to prepare for a quick reaction to a clear infiltration by Pyongyang's combat planes.

As the Korean People's Army Air Force plane approached the TAC, four ROKAF fighters, were scrambled. However this is not the first time a North Korean plane sparked a reaction by Seoul's fighters: previously eight fighters, reportedly F-15Ks (even if F-16s are more likely involved in Quick Reaction Alert duties), were scrambled to intercept a "zombie" (as the intruders are dubbed in the interceptors' slang) flying within 24 km from Ganghwa Island.

North Korean exercises involving fighter jets have significantly increased in recent weeks. Up to 50 daily sorties have been recorded since mid-May, according to a source of The Korea Times.

Such increased activity could be just one of the attempts made by the North to boost Kim Jong-un's military credential after the recent long-range rocket launch failure.

It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.

The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Give me a king whose chief interest in life is stamps, railways, or race-horses; and who has the power to sack his Vizier (or whatever you care to call him) if he does not like the cut of his trousers.

Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so as to refer to people.
