Has anyone stated in this thread that languish is dying yet?

Languish isn't dying. Only its component members.

Eventually, we will all succumb to old age and only Grumbler will be left.  :(

I figured you would leave your handle and account to Carl in your will.

That is a result of vM shutting down new registrations.

I think that exonerates Seedy's cat for the lack of new members, then.

What you have overlooked is that I want to be remembered fondly by my family.  ;)

Well, let's not be too hard on him. I thought "My daddy loves me hates you" is a great slogan.

Nah. The technological singularity will make us immortals talking shit here in languish for eternity.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.

By the way, why is it that we have no new people?
What is the market dynamic that keeps people away from massively joining Languish and making this a success equal to Facebook?

We suffer from the monopolistic over-regulatory tyranny of vM.  New people cannot join even if they want to I think....not that many want to.  Our marketing leaves something to be desired.

I need to work on that.  Last time I opened up registration we were getting 1000+ spambot registrations per day, completely burying the trickle of legit registrations.  I have not devised a good way to handle this.
