To sleep, perchance to dream. But in that sleep of death, what dreams may come?

Jacob

That doesn't explain why you left off Trooper!

FunkMonk

Nickelback, of course.

Probably the greatest thing to come out of Canada period.

If I was going to include an Iron Maiden song, it would be Fear of the Dark.  :D

Some sorry ass choices.  But it's Canada.

Not as sorry ass as a list of great, or even good, Canadian movies.

Bill Shatner should be on this list.

Voted Neil Young, but then someone said Arcade Fire is Canadian, and as hipster as that might make me I've enjoyed all their 3 albums, and besides those I've only really listened to Harvest and Songs of Leonard Cohen from that list.

EDIT: And Gordon thanks to Kain.

Arcade Fire is so dull and bland though. They're like the Matchbox 20 of the 21st century.  :(

:hmm:

Someone else voted for Alanis.

I was going to go with Sarah, but feel Alanis has a more robust and varied body of work.

Not much to choose from, a lot of the list is bullshit redneck beer rock, so hey.

Admiral Yi

I don't know Jack about Sarah's music, but she is nice looking for a big-boned girl.
