Which is why I'm voting third party #cleanhands

If Trump wins, will you be able to face your maker on Judgement Day and explain that vote?

Yessir.

It does?  No matter her personal qualities, she advocates policies that are beneficial rather than highly damaging for a country.  Surely that counts for enough to go over the "anything positive" threshold?

Only if you believe her policy positions are beneficial.  Which I don't.

Well they are not catastrophic which is as good as it gets in this shit show.

So, by extending the logical chain, it reflects badly on you if you think her policy positions are beneficial?

Maybe.

Neither do I.  But her bad proposals are modest enough, and she's corrupt enough to the entrenched interests, that I think she'd be less damaging than Trump to US interests.

Good for you.

Is Marti still using the word "kind and sensitive person"?
Good grief.

I never would have dreamed the return of weird Shakespearean insults would be so tiresome -_-

I would say that it's a reflection on you more than anything.

I think at this point it's a matter of degrees and damage control.

Which is why I'm voting third party #cleanhands

Ah I think I understand you now.

What's it matter?  Trump will get trounced by Hillary in the general-- you guys told me so.

I have no problem now that I realized your position was #nobody. That is a perfectly understandable position from where you are standing.

I have never said that Trump would get trounced that I aware of :hmm: unless Jaron is actually right about the Utah thing. I still don't believe it. Did I bet him on that? I feel like I should wager on that.

What indication do you have she is "corrupt"?
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

As has been pointed out several times by our resident Mormon convert, every vote is ultimately meaningless unless your state's margin is one vote, and your state is the deciding state.

That's why I raised the Judgement Day question, because I think the only responsible way to think about your vote is to consider the possibility that your vote is that one vote.

And given the fact you vote in Fuckeyeland, your vote probably matters more than most.

The outrageous speaking fees.  The Clinton Foundation donations.  She's married to Bill.

Votes.  Anyway, you guys better hope anti-Trumpites don't piss me off in late October or early November :D
