I gotta admit, this made me chuckle.

At a meeting about massive overcrowding in lower Manhattan schools, the new chancellor, whose own children never attended public school, asked parents, "Could we just have some birth control for a while?...It would really help us."

Gotta be the very definition of bureaucratic chutzpah. 

People hate people who traffick in the truth.

But lower Manhattan is not even the target demographic for your racism, Seedy.

Breeders are breeders, regardless of color.  You have too many fucking kids, too.  For somebody who claims to be such a fiscal conservative, dropping your little spawn all over the place is adding to our national debt.  Fucking hypocrite.
