Nope, the gaydar is off on that one.  Missy and Cybil were adopted with names already attached, the kids named Pepper when they were ~7-8 years old.  His name was originally Mittens when they thought he was a girl, but then they found out he was a boy and changed to the much more masculine Pepper.   :D

The switchblade with fur was simply not having it with the cat carrier.  It was like trying to give an MS13 member a procto exam.  Looks like next time I'll have to drug her first.
