Oh my, but, but, but...it's a Nordic player doing the flopping! I had been told that only swarthy Mediterranean or South American players flopped in a most tricky way, while Nordic players were beacons of sportmanship and respect for the regulations. Allow me to pick my fallen monocle.
Generations of socialism and weenisim have sapped their character.

This clip went viral in the Spanish speaking interwebs last week. It's a realy cheesy song in some trashy Latin American techno style. The hook for the Languish crowd is that it's a pro-Israel song, that intends to send a message of friendship between Israel and Latin America. By the end of the video you'll be wishing that Pizarro razed the whole Inca Empire to the ground. Enter at your own peril.

Awesome soccer fagg0try. Not quite as good as the coach and player flopping, but still awesome.

Gawd, soccer is a joke.
Unlike hockey? Where everytime someone hits them and they have a slight scratch, they go to the ref..."Look Ref...I'm bleeding. See...Blood. Waaaaaaa"

Last week one of our company's trucks was involved in an accident:

The truck hit the divider, and the cab detached itself and jumped the divider to land *into* the highway. Another truck coming along the highway stopped 5 meters from the cab.

Our driver, luckily, was unharmed; his underpants, not quite so

QuoteCops: Man killed dog with bow and arrow in front of daughter

A 51-year-old Huron Township man is scheduled to be arraigned today on charges he shot the family dog with a bow-and-arrow in front of his 12-year-old daughter.

The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office charged the man with one county of animal killing, a 4-year-felony. He was set to appear in 34th District Court in Romulus at 9 a.m.

"The last time I checked, there was no bow season on dogs," Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said this morning. "The alleged facts in this case are that the defendant killed the family dog with a bow and arrow in front of his 12-year-old child to be punitive."

Worthy spokeswoman Maria Miller said the man had told the girl that if the dog got off its' leash again, he was going to kill it.

According to investigators, he followed through on his threat at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday at the family's home.

The dog was not vicious, Miller added.

He should have used and axe and stuck the dogs head on a pike as an lesson to his daughter.  Tweens just don't learn any other way.
In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love, they had five hundred years of democracy and peace—and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock

Charging him with an entire county?  That's rough work.  At least he got ennobled.  :)
The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Give me a king whose chief interest in life is stamps, railways, or race-horses; and who has the power to sack his Vizier (or whatever you care to call him) if he does not like the cut of his trousers.

Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so as to refer to people.

I would kill my neighbors dog for a county.

We can try to resurrect Zombie Pizarro and Zombie Orellana and deal with them, in order to prevent any further jinxing.
