I didn't really follow him as a player but this was really good and he should get a lot more media work if he wants it. Really good at breaking it down and explaining what's going on.

Detailed, but I do disagree with one point. Early on he said that the pressing was the coaches decision, falling back was the players. How does that follow. both decisions can be on the coach or neither are. Externally both views can be equally valid and hes given the coach too much of a pass.

From my view it makes more sense that he would call the players to fall back and then reinforces this decision through his subs.
