So knock yourself out.   :P

No new years' resolutions for me, my only aim is to take an old bike I found at the back of the shed and do another 5,100 miles on it this year, that way it'll have I gone the distance of the Earths circumference on it.

That works out at only 14 miles an evening, each and everyday of 2026; I don't think it'll happen, I think I'm probably already 120-130 miles in the red. By the start of Spring I expect that to be more like a thousand miles plus.

Still walking as much as I can. No car to shop for groceries. It has a nice side effect of not buying stuff I do not need and saving money.

I need to get into some strength training and stretching as my arthritis is getting worse every 6 months. Even summers are bad now.

I've had the misfortune of watching some YouTube vids of fitness freaks. Do you really need all that protein? Do they not know you also need some slow carbs?
2026 might be the year I stop smoking for good.

Replacing the ongoing revamudation after my run in with guillain barre syndrome with some approximating regular exercise.  Be that running, swimming, rope skipping and general exercises.
And get rid of bit more kilos so I get to see the occasional appearance of 79.# rather than everything 8#.#.
