I've not seen this?
Hope not as that could really turn the tide.

Things are looking good at the moment. America hasn't bent over for Russia completely so their economy is still unravelling.

You wouldn't know it from the mainstream news but there's a major Russian offensive underway. Which Ukraine is dealing with effectively. Very little ground is being taken for enormous losses.

What I have seen is them lifting sanctions preventing the work on the new nuclear plant in Hungary that was bought and paid for using a historically huge loan from the state of Russia in... 2011 or 14, and all they have managed until the sanctions was to dig a hole that caved in.

QuoteDeputy commander of Russian Navy killed in Ukrainian strike in Kursk

Russian officials confirmed on Thursday that the deputy commander of the Russian Navy, Major General Mikhail Gudkov, has been killed in a Ukrainian strike in Russia's Kursk region.
The deputy commander of the Russian Navy, Major General Mikhail Gudkov, has been killed in a Ukrainian strike in Russia's Kursk region, officials reported on Thursday.

According to the governor of Russia's Primorsky Krai, Gudkov, a high-ranking Russian naval officer, was killed in the district of Korenevo, which borders Ukraine.

Russian and Ukrainian military Telegram channels had earlier reported that Gudkov had been killed along with 10 other servicemen in a Ukrainian attack on a command post.

Gudkov previously led the 155th Marine Brigade of the Russian army, which has been involved in the execution of Ukrainian prisoners of war.

Captured Russian marines of this brigade confirmed that they killed or witnessed the killing of captured Ukrainian soldiers. They have also filmed and posted videos of the torture and execution of the captured Ukrainian soldiers.

The 155th Marine Brigade of Russia's Pacific Fleet was relocated to Russia's Kursk region after Ukraine's surprise incursion in August 2024.

Gudkov is one of the most senior Russian military officers to have been killed by Ukraine since Russia launched its full-scale invasion against its neighbour in early 2022.

Moscow has previously decorated Gudkov for "bravery in military action against Ukraine". Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed him deputy commander-in-chief of the navy in March, according to a statement on the Kremlin's website.

The governor of Russia's Primorsky Krai, Oleg Kozhemyakov, said Gudkov had been killed "carrying out his duty as an officer" along with others and didn't provide more details.

Kyiv has not officially commented on the reports.

Kursk remains bad mojo for the Russian navy.

Pretty good for a city that's nowhere near the sea.

What's even worse they cut off shipments of Patriot missiles just as the russians are ramping up their city-buster strategy.

Evil.

Israel consumed a lot of them and manufacturing is in pitiful number per month.
Getting ready to make IEDs against American Occupation Forces.

"But I didn't vote for him"; they cried.

The Americans also specifically cut off shipments already in Poland, like recalling 25 Stingers and 125 AT-4s. There is no immediate national security threat to the US that justifies this. US foreign policy is run by whatever retard has his hand on the lever at that particular time.

I was surprised to learn we were still shipping anything at all.

I think Trump froze new shipments but there was about six months worth of shipments ordered by Biden which I think were only occasionally cancelled and have largely continued (but presumably are running out now anyway).
Let's bomb Russia!

This. From what I understand the production rate is about 30 missiles per month.  That's about two days worth of consumption.  The US cannot afford to build faster because billionaires need a tax break.

Ukraine will resume hitting oil refineries. It's the only message that seems to get through to putin and biden/trump.

They should never have stopped.

And year up that agreement about the minerals too when the time is right.
