It's not the length but the width that counts, I am told. At least among wimmin. :P

Why does it say length and girth on the same graph?  Anyway if that graph is accurate the average is 13 cms long and 11 cms wide so more squarish than I would have thought.

Why does it say length and girth on the same graph?

Because girth (aka diameter) is also measured by a linear length.

The horizontal axis is either measuring girth or percentile.  It can't do both.

Bad labeling. The vertical axis is measuring girth(circumference) in a unit of length(cm).

Since no one will take me up on the puns....

The rainbow coalition will be better judges of this data but from my years of being in various locker rooms the averages seem a bit lower then I would have expected.  The report says there is no or very weak correlation between penis size and the size of feet or hands and a weak correlation with height so it would seem that athletes are not necessarily a self selecting group.

I tried to but the posts were coming too hard and fast.

Sorry.

Anyway yes the averages always seem smaller than I would thing.

I didn't read the paper. Is it drawn from a worldwide population? Just a hunch.

I didn't read the paper. Is it drawn from a worldwide population? Just a hunch.

It was a meta-analysis, a paper summarizing the conclusions of other studies and papers.  So those papers were from around the world, but "The greatest proportion of the participants in the present meta-analysis were Caucasoids."

The paper also suggests "It is not possible from the present meta-analysis to draw any conclusions about any differences in penile size across different races."

Well then what the hell good is it?  We need representative measurements amongst all ethnic groups.

I like how they analyzed "upward of 15,521 penises". So, what, 15,521 and a half?

You never know - the same penis might have been measured twice in different studies.

That's... reassuring. 10 cm of cock diameter would be... perplexing.

Did you know the average circumference of penises before now?  I mean I guess you could if you have done extensive independent research.
