Cold pizza is awesome, but it kinda depends on what's on it.  Pepperoni, sure.  Supreme?  I'd probably reheat.

We talked about this before. Sometime ago though.
IIRC UK pizza is like New York pizza? Quite chunky.
And Swedish pizza is big and flat ala Chicago.
I think those are the correct cities anyway.
