Starting up Dragon Age again. I didn't realize that I'd only ever played the Human Noble and Human Magi starts.
"I've never been quite sure what the point of a eunuch is, if truth be told. It seems to me they're only men with the useful bits cut off."
I drank because I wanted to drown my sorrows, but now the damned things have learned to swim.

I lost interest about half way through my one play-through, as a Human Magi.  I keep thinking about finishing it, but havent brought myself to do it yet.

I wrapped up my dwarf noble rogue, and am into Awakening.  It is a lot better this time around.  I only missed completing the Black Vials sidequest.  I don't know that I'll play it through a fourth time.
What I speak out of my mouth is the truth.  It burns like fire.

There you go, giving a fuck when it ain't your turn to give a fuck.

"It is always good to be known for one's Krapp."

Razgovory

I was kinda disappointed when the Darkspawn started to talk.  They really didn't have anything interesting to say.
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

Started my 2nd game of Civ5 as Boudica, normal difficulty, I'm really enjoying it, early in the game Washington took my 2nd city in a surprise attack, but I rushed a load of pict warriors into training and recovered it and when on to attack his capital.

Just then the aggressive African guy attacks him, takes his only other city and moves in for the kill, so I step back agree peace and ready my settler for the planned expansion city nearby and in an awkard place for both of the other two civilizations.
With me no pressing him, Washington gets enough units together to stave off defeat and they fight to an inconclusive peace.

Meanwhile I'm going for a continent wide city expansion plan, I figure it's the only way to buy some breathing space before our aggressive African friend attacks me.

Though this focusing on expansion and faith is probably a bit too much and I think I'm probably quite behind in technology.

All in all Gods and Kings makes it an nicely different experience to Civ 4.

Well, that knocks out Farming Simulator 2013.  Can't listen to the wheat cry out in pain.
