If you were a member of the academy, which movie would you vote for?
It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

Haven't seen any of them, so no clue.

Same. Haven't seen all the nominees from last year either, though I think they got that one right. Really glad The Help didn't win.

You didn't see Lincoln?  Man you really do hate Illinois.

Haven't seen any of them. Also, I don't give a flying fuck about a bunch of elitist limousine liberals gladhanding each other.

I heard things about that movie that gave me pause. I'd still like to see it, but wasn't sure I wanted to pay theater prices for it.

I've only seen Lincoln, so I cannot fairly vote.

I ended up voting Les Mis just because I wanted to see what everyone else was voting. I like the music, so I figure I'd have liked the movie.
