JJ Watt won DPOY with all but one of the possible votes.  20.5 sacks, 23 tfl, 16 batted passes. Apparently, he beat out 1999 Ray Lewis in 'defeats' 56 to 45 for most all time. Von Miller had 39 this year, seventh best all time.

I mean, if a guard has a pulling assignment on the 4 gap on a run, and the dog backer shoots the  open gap, and the fullback misses the block and the ball carrier is tackled for a loss, who exactly is defeated?  The guard?  The fullback?  The ball carrier?  WTF?
