My Star Fleet Command discs disappeared during my moves. Except SFC 3.  <_<

That sucks. For what it's worth, if you can find Orion Pirates you don't actually need SFC 2 at all, there's a mod that runs all the SFC2 content under the Orion Pirates .exe.

Each player gets to create their own "pet"-like crew and away-teams?

I foresee most of Star Fleet being made up of guys with all-female crews composed of giant-breasted Vulcans.

JacobL

I still have my First Starfleet command disc.  Just double checked and found it.

Surely Trekkies are not like that.

Are they?

You don't know any Trekkies, do you? :P

If they made the ship to ship battles feel like SFB I'd actually be sorely tempted, but probably no one else would play. :D

have it as it was in Bridge Commander. Much more accessible and you still need a sense of strategy as you cycle through your shields while keeping as many phasor banks to the enemy as possible.

Fireblade

I plan on getting this game. I also plan on naming my ship the U.S.S. Robert E. Lee, crewed by an all-White, all-Southern crew.

These are the voyages of the starship Bobby Lee
it's continuing mission: To explore strange new worlds,
to seek out new life and new civilizations,
and enslave all the nigger aliens and make them pick cotton

Now, I could pay to annoy Trekkies.

United Federation of Griefers

it's called Goonswarm / BoB (depending for who you're rooting) :p

We've made too many compromises already; too many retreats. They invade our space and we fall back. They grief entire corps and we fall back. Not again. The line must be drawn here! This far, no further! And *I* will make them pay for what they've done.
