What entitlement programs do they currently not get? I thought they got everything we do.

It's complicated, but apparently not, or at least not at the same levels.

We should just keep 50.  Get rid of Utah and admit Puerto Rico

Of course.  They're vastly different states.  West Virginia is solidly red, while Virginia now leans ever-so-slightly blue.
