I guess that's so.  I forgot about salaries.  Though unlike most hourly workers, I'm in a weird area where I'm both non-salaried and professional, so I don't get time + 1/2.  But if I work a 60 hour week I still make more than if I worked a 40 hour week.  That's gotta be a really annoying feature of salaried work.
