Beside the standard AGEOD engine stuff it has interesting regional decisions making it a bit more strategic (like in PrON), so if you ever felt like prosecuting commies/fascists in territory you control, this is the game for you.

Stuff like insert the glass eye of the dead soldier back to its socket so his pocket would open and give you the pipe which you can exchange with the camp whore for a pack of cigarettes to give as a present to the Captain? I`ll pass.
