Boring, boring England! Boring, boring England!

Pirlo. What a man.

With 3 out of 4 countries left being lazy greaseballs, I've lost interest.

So, Premier league starts in August?

Andy Carrol is useless.  How many times did he head the ball to a defender?

I hope there won't be a backlash against British blacks because of the missed penalties.

Maybe they'll finely stop naming their kids Ashley (or variations thereof).
Being lazy is bad; unless you still get what you want, then it's called "patience".
Hubris must be punished. Severely.

Were you seriously expecting England to contend?  :bowler:

You still have Germany around.

Are there some up and coming players for England? To my amateur eyes, they look terrible.
They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.

There's a fine line between salvation and drinking poison in the jungle.

I'm embarrassed. I've been making the mistake of associating with you. It won't happen again. :)

At least there were no expectations for England this time around anyways. So, long, farewell...etc etc.

Axis powers certainly obliterated the Allies during these semi-finals.

Yes.  There's some hope about the midfield in future - Jack Wilshere and Jack Rodwell should do well.  But I don't think there's a great deal.  England were good for around 30 minutes and then just stopped.  It was very curious.

The Pirlo penalty was stunning.

What? :P
Let's bomb Russia!

Nice game by Italy, even if the lack of a proper striker is really a burden.

All in all the semifinalists are very good teams, all of them playing nice, different styles of football.

Germany-Italy

Pirlo is simply awesome, in every aspect. Moreso when he's not pressed hard by the opposition  :P

If Italy believes they can defeat the Germans, they can win!

They MUST win!

Altough I am pretty sure the Spanish would humble the Germans in the final, which should be fun to watch.
