I don't think so but basing price on size is pretty silly.

Over a few hundred mb and the size doesn't really matter, the code could just be really good.
At 3mb though....that's big enough to email to someone. Doubt there's much to it; and with it being so small it is easy as pie to steal even with a 56k, setting such a high price probally isn't wise.
