I like laughing at the idiots who participate in this and then, while their lights are off, take photos (with a flash lamp), tweet and blog and surf the net, watch TV and go to cafes to congregate with fellows goddamn hippies - probably not realizing that by doing so they consume much more energy than they save by turning the lights off.

I wish people like that died in a fire.
