Now that parts are starting to become available again at reasonable prices, I think I might start building an AR for my brother.  He was going to buy a SIG M400 but with the spare parts I already have I can build the same quality rifle for half of what they cost.

Aren't you worried that'll make them legitimate targets when the FBI raids your compound?
I do not hate you, nor do I love you, but you are made out of atoms which I can use for something else.

Nah, FBI likes me. They even tried to give me a job.

I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

As special agent?

Anyway, congrats. I figured Seedy would be first to make that crack.

Clinton is toast in 2016.

I don't really get teh angst over Benghazi. There is so nothing there as far as anything to get bent out of shape over from a political standpoint.

I mean, this is the party that was in charge at the time of the greatest intelligence failure in the War on Terror ever. And they are griping about Benghazi?

It is so...petty. The kind of politics that nobody cares about except the people who would vote against Clinton if the alternative was Pol Pot.

I doubt she'll run.

Or more fully, if she is - it isn't over that issue.

But it is indicative of the kind of hatred and bile she riles up on the right, with even more loathing than the Kenyan-in-Chief;  they're gonna harp on Benghazi until her second reelection campaign.

This is interesting though.

QuoteRepublican antipathy toward Clinton has declined significantly in recent years. As recently as April 2008, 84 percent of Republicans said they had unfavorable views of the then-candidate for president. At the time, that number included 70 percent of Republicans who held "strongly unfavorable" impressions. Now, fewer than half that number — 32 percent — have intensely negative views.
