I liked Act 1 of sith warrior, very Palpatine feel to it. Hoping the rest of the story matches it.

I thought Act 2 didn't measure up to it, but Act 3 was pretty awesome.

:bleeding:

I'm embarassed for both of us that you are familiar with that show.... and I guess embarassed for both of us that I'm familiar with that show too

What show is it? Is that supposed to be Link?
To sleep, perchance to dream. But in that sleep of death, what dreams may come?

I had to call customer support today since I am a moran. :Embarrass:

I was very pleased with the quick help I got. :)

The medievals were only too right in taking nolo episcopari as the best reason a man could give to others for making him a bishop. Give me a king whose chief interest in life is stamps, railways, or race-horses; and who has the power to sack his Vizier (or whatever you care to call him) if he does not like the cut of his trousers.

Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so as to refer to people.

This must be a great game.  It took near record time for Berkut to become bored with this one.

While my juggernaut is now mostly for the occasional raid or PvP, I've started levelling my smuggler/gunslinger in earnest.

Damn, Coruscant is one annoying area - I liked Dromun Kaas a lot better. Now at Taris - nce to see that map by day for a change. :P

Yea, I'm with you. My Republic and Sith chars were both on Taris at the same time, and dealing with the monotony made me stop playing for a couple weeks.

Hubris must be punished. Severely.

I had the same email also...it appears to be a late (like 1 month/billing cycle late) receipt for January :D

I just logged into my account to double check, and I do not currently have an active subscription (still).

Again the Sith were just too dark so I spent some time with a smuggler and had a much better time.

The game actually concerns me a bit.  In a hack and slay first person shooter you are not really making any moral decisions, you are really just shooting up pixels.  But this game presents you with some moral choices and invites players to make choices we as a society would find reprehensible.  Does this have an impact on behaviour after repeatively making the dark side choices?  I dont know.  I assume that some portion of the gamers out there will simply space bar their way through the dialog and so will have no greater effect then a first person shooter.  But what about people who really get into the dialogue.  The thing that made me wonder about this is in a group doing the first instance for the Republic (The ship transport one) one person in my group got mad at me for choosing the light side option (and winning the dialogue battle) rather then choosing dark side and shooting a bunch of engineers out an airlock.  He said that the dark option made him fee better because he liked killing the engineers - which is a bit odd to start with.

There are probably a bunch of games out there that do this already and I may be a bit late to the dance having experienced this just now.  But it does make me wonder at the effect this might be having on some percentage of the million + people who bought the game.

I actually thought the light side was a lot worse - if you are playing Sith, you are supposed to be something of a cold blooded killer, right? And since us normal people are not Sith, it doesn't really have any connection.

But how many sentient beings does your average Jedi butcher per hour played in this game? The answer to every problem pretty much involves wholesale slaughter that would have made the Totenkopf division proud. And these are supposed to be the good guys!
