In related news, I heard on NPR/BBC that Holland is going to reclassify skunk weed as a hard drug because  of its high THC concentration.

I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. So probably what we in Canada would just consider regular marijuana?

The folks on the radio were talking about 15% THC.  I doubt Amsterdamn coffee shops are selling a bunch of ditch weed in addition to their skunk.
