A fairly diverse range of candidates. Not sure who I'll vote for yet.

Why not post these as pictures rather than links???

Edit: Three of which do not work. You: fail at internet.

Sorry forget to add the img tags.
Can I modify the poll?

Anyways, I voted for the bearded dude at the top because I know who he is.

I don't think so. A mod probably can - ask CdM, as he has a boner for Ireland. :P

Yeah he's very popular with the gay community for some reason.  ;)

Considering both Robert Shaw and Richard Harris are dead, my write-in is a Daniel-Day Lewis/Liam Neeson ticket.

#5 looks like a pub brawler with a bad fucking attitude.  Got my vote.

But...mine was first :(
:console:

Your one wasn't very well named.  :P

But you did a better job with the poll.

I'd be tempted to vote for Martin McGuinness but I think he made an error in not participating in the shindig when the Queen visited Ireland. He needs to realise that the English are on the same side as him nowadays and would love to ditch NI if they had a good excuse............he'd have to temporarily forget a lot of history though  :hmm:

For those unfamilar with the candidates (in no particular order):

One of the seven is a former Eurovision winner, ex MEP and is a Catholic fundie.

Another is the most well known gay politician in Ireland. They successfully campaigned to decriminalise homosexual acts in Ireland.

A Sinn Féin politician, the current deputy First Minister of Northern Ireland and a former IRA leader.

Is an entrepreneur who is best known as a panellist on the Irish version of Dragon's Den.

A former poet, broadcaster and currently a Labour politician. Was a cabinet minister in a couple of previous governments.

Currently serves as the Managing Director of Special Olympics Europe/Eurasia.

Centre right politician, a member of the most popular party in the country at the moment. Is a MEP and a former cabinet minister.

Grey Fox

I voted #4, he looks like True IRA to me.

Or is it Reall IRA?
Colonel Caliga is Awesome.
