Yeah, I'll restart a game this winter, properly modded from the start this time.

I haven't played since I last wrote - I'm still at balancing and load ordering - and it's a fucking bitch!  But I've learned quite a lot about the various tools needed to make a very good game into an amazing one.  This weekend I'll finish this and restart a properly modded, ordered, bashed, reprocced game!  Then I finally can get back to creating lovely lad followers to pepper them into the game

And in time I'll make myself the house I've been drawing into plans since summer.

I've started watching some of Briarstone's "RogueLike" let's plays (basically he creates a character, has his subscribers come up with a backstory, and then RPs the char until he/she dies and then starts new). It's getting me back in the mood of playing Skyrim, actually.

Thankfully, he has created a collection of the mods he uses on Workshop; I don't want to spend hours trying to create the optimal mod selection for myself. Besides, I mostly prefer gameplay mods (Better Needs, Frostfall, stuff that adds encounters etc.).

very well, so long as MO's mod directory is in Steam Directory.  e.g. d:\program files\steam\steam apps\common\Skyrim Mod
You just select this directory and Skyrim's own directory and move them to your C:.
