I have nr 2, there is a game underneath the bad controls. A silly GTA clone, but with humor.

Is there any keymaps or ways to use an XBOX controller and not get tooltips for the keyboard.

I discovered I have the game as well.  I must have purchased on one of those big sales on Steam.  There was something I didn't like about the game.  It might have been the controls.  It wasn't that good.  Sort of a more mean spirited GTA3.
