I just looked at the current snow cover map on Weather.com.  Conclusion: God loves Kentucky and hates Ohio.

Forecasters are calling for a third wintry weather system to pass through Baltimore in less than a week to drop 1-2 inches across Baltimore and areas close to the water, with 2-4 inches further inland, according to the National Weather Service.
