Odd question but what is the point on weather of last night and day as high and lo if they aren't actually the highs and los? Weather currently says low of -2 and yet it is currently -3 and prediction has several hours of -4.

It's because of the metric system, you wouldn't understand.

Or it may be because of the Eurozone; so it is actually -10 in, say Bavaria, but you have to pretend that it is a low of -2 as it is actually 15 in Athens

Snowing enough to settle in central London and apparently quite deep out where I live. Cue an hour of "Yay snow!" followed by hours of "fucking snow stopping me getting home on a Friday evening!"
