Goats are best for clearing underbrush.

Should go with llamas/alpacas.

Or the growing bison/buffalo industry.

Not nearly enough to make the price of bison meat reasonable at my local store :angry:

Seems like it's cheaper closer to the source-- another good reason for me to move out west.  I had a buffalo steak in Jackson Hole, WY back in 2007 that was one of the best steaks I ever had.

There are Ted's Montana Grill locations in Dublin, OH, Columbus, OH, and Lexington, KY.  Check them out next time you're in one of those towns. :mmm:
