And that's why the vegetables portion is roughly twice the size of the fruit portion. Nobody is asking you to become a fruit bat.

When was the last time I wanted to live like I was Chinese? :hmm:

Besides, I'm not sure why it would be beneficial to tell people who aren't lactose intolerant to eat something nutritious. Even if it is just: Have a glass of milk instead of a soda.
