Need a new camera...

I need to buy a new camera. Like a family camera kind of thing. I am not any kind of photophile or anything, just want something that is

1. Easy to use
2. Reliable
3. Not too large
4. Easy to transfer pics to PC

Willing to spend a couple hundred bucks probably. Not really sure what the choices are these days.

I've used a Panasonic Lumix in the last few years and know a couple of people who are quite happy with theirs too. I'll get a new one soon, similar to the model you quoted.

However, mine broke recently after using (and not treating it too carefully) for about five years. Something went wrong with the electronics.
